The “Dog Days” Group is a photo pool and discussion place on Flickr.

This group has fresh new photos added to it constantly. Each day an administrator of the group selects a “Photo of the Day”. These images are then entered in a “Photo of the Week” Competition. Membership will vote for a favorite capture which then will be entered into the “Photo of the Month” Contest.
This group also hosts “Showcases”. A different theme is started about every 3 – 4 weeks. Members place photos in these “Showcases” based on the theme. In the end the group will vote on a favorite from the theme.
